Netivation.com today announced that its Votenet.com division will launch
eLection on April 14 at 12:00 p.m. EST.
The company disclosed plans to offer a $50,000 cash prize to an eLection
voter randomly chosen among eligible participants in the Votenet
presidential eLection between April 14 and November 3, 2000.
eLection will offer several enhanced features designed to proactively
monitor the issues that are important to voters. Voter issues include:
Healthcare
Social Security
Taxes
Education
Campaign Finance Reform
Economy
Defense
Environment
Abortion
Gun Control
Leadership
Foreign Policy
Voters, candidates, and others associated with the political process
are encouraged to participate in the nation's first online presidential
eLection. The eLection is a non-binding online election contest and will
be held on Netivation.com's Votenet Web site (www.votenet.com).
