I have been reading this newsgroup for a while.
I have a free for all links page on my server that is submitted to the
search engines
monthly. You folks are welcome to place links to educational sites on that
page. There is a special catagory reserved to upload links for school sites
and educational products.
To avoid spammers I suggest that you not give your real e mail address
in the form. If nothing else, it will increase the popularity of your site
in the popularity rankings on your search engine position. The page will
hold 20,000 links, so go for it.
