Come explore the interface between one of the world's oldest
information technologies and one of the newest. At the new World Wide
Web home of the American Museum of Papermaking, you can enjoy a virtual
tour that traces the history, art, and science of papermaking from 2000
BC to the high technology of today. Located within the Institute of
Paper Science and Technology in Atlanta, the American Museum of
Papermaking features artifacts from the Dard Hunter Collection,
interactive exhibits and video presentations on modern papermaking and
recycling, and hand papermaking artifacts such as paper molds and
watermarks. For more information about the Museum, or to schedule a
tour, contact the Curator, Cindy Bowden, at (404) 853-9590 or via email
at "cindy.bowden@ipst.edu".
