My name is Sutha Kamal and I am a Webcinema member who started this
Toronto regional list. This forum is open to all multimedia
professionals, students and amateurs in the areas of Film, Video, 3D
Animation, Graphics, Effects & Internet!
Webcinema-Toronto is an affiliate of the main Webcinema list
<http://www.webcinema.org/>, created to address specific issues as they
relate to filmmaking in the Toronto region. Calls for crew or cast,
requests for Toronto locations, announcements of events, festivals, film
parties, and such in the Toronto area ... all are on topic for this list.
The main webcinema list is devoted to more general discussions relating
to using the internet and new media technologies to create, produce,
market and distribute independent film. Particularly emphasis is on
international co-productions. Currently Webcinema has 1,500 filmmakers
world worldwide in over forty countries.
