Description:
The experiences of people who ride cabs are varied, sometimes
pleasant, often unpleasant. The taxi-cab industry is seen by many as
the only segment of the hospitality industry where customer
satisfaction is not a priority. The taxi-passenger list is designed
for people who wish to discuss their experiences and issues which face
them as passengers of cabs. While the list focuses on being a
passenger, drivers, dispatchers and other people in the industry are
encouraged to subscribe as well to offer their side of the story and
to express their opinions.
