Are you a tech? Are the people you support (we call them users)
driving you nuts! Well, lets talk about it. This is a list where
people who work in a tech support environment can get together and
talk about their everyday lives in the world of tech support.
Together, hopefully we can find some humor and support in what we do.
All phases of support are welcome. Flaming will not be tolerated.
