AUTOIMMUNET is an INTERNET LIST devoted to the interchange of information
among the different PROFESSIONALS working on the field of SYSTEMIC
AUTOIMMUNE DISEASES. These include systemic lupus erythematosus,
Sjögren´s
syndrome, systemic vasculitis, antiphospholipid syndrome, systemic
sclerosis, Behçet´s disease, and dermato-polymyositis, among others.
Due to the fact that management and research on these conditions involve
professionals from many different specialities (Internal Medicine,
Rheumatology, Nephrology, Dermatology, Immunology.), this list is
multidisciplinary and open to all kind of professionals working on this
field. Additionally, this list will be the meeting point in Internet of
people participating in several European Working Groups ("European
Working
Party on Systemic Lupus Erythematosus" and "European Forum on
Antiphospholipid Antibodies").
This list will be accompanied by the program "AUTOIMMUNET - The World of
Systemic Autoimmune Diseases in Internet", that is already available in
the
net (http://www.med.ub.es/MIMMUN/WEBSAD).
