[SPT/CWIS] How to set up an account in SPT

[Arumugampandian, kingshri (Cognizant)]

I am pity new to SPT. I have got the SPT installed in my System.
Can any one help me out in setting up an account in SPT with
administrator right?
Also, Kindly help me to configure Meta Data tool....
