[SPT/CWIS] Problems with Option Lists CWIS V 1.4

Create a new option field, but then cannot populate it using Edit Option
Lists. Also, cannot create a new user and use self-selected password;
must use the Apache assigned one. Anyone else experiencing these
problems? Thanks.
