[SPT/CWIS] Moving CWIS from one server to another

Hi,

We need to move an instance of CWIS (Version 1.3.0, on linux) to a 
completely different server. I dumped the database and tarred up the 
entire CWIS directory tree, moved the files to their new home, loaded 
the database and granted permissions, and updated SPT--Config.php with 
the new $SPT_DBUserName, etc. However, when I go to the new URL, I'm 
getting a blank page. My apache access_log shows the download of the 
index page, and my error_log doesn't show anything.

I've grepped through the database dump to find references to the old URL 
but have found none other than in the RSS config table.

Anybody moved instances before?
