[SPT/CWIS] CWIS 1.4.0 Install for Windows

Has anyone tried running it through cygwin (somehow...I have not)?

Hey all,

I've been scouring the archives trying to find help installing CWIS
under Windows, and I've found some good advice on getting *SPT* running
under Windows
(http://scout.wisc.edu/pipermail/sptusers/2003-June/000133.html and
http://scout.wisc.edu/pipermail/sptusers/2003-October/000190.html ), but
the directory structure is a bit different for CWIS. I've tried a number
of different times, by copying different directories around, but I still
end up stuck on STP--UserLogin.php with a white screen after logging in
from the home page. 

Any ideas?
