[SPT/CWIS] Advanced search ignoring search terms

    When copied into the root directory of a CWIS or SPT 1.4.0
    installation, the attached file should fix this problem.

    The MD5 checksum for the file is 5f753b5475d6a337850b9b9301217639

    (This patch is only for SPT/CWIS 1.4.0, and will not work
    with other versions.)
