[SPT/CWIS] verboten

But if its local, its should be fine. I looks like it's a permission
problem because he gets a Forbiden reply not a "Server not found",
error.

You may need to open the port if your firewall is running.  Go to  
System Preferences, then choose Sharing.  Click on Firewall and check  
"Allow Personal Web Sharing".
