Thanks for the reply. I had tried it both ways. Still no good.

looking at the DB I see:
mysql> select ResourceId, Title, Conformsto from Resources WHERE Title LIKE 'All Plan%';

so the DB looks good. In what may be a related issue an Export seems to be returning each record twice. Once as it is in the DB and again with fields such as Publisher and resource Type as empty.
The Date Last Modified  is correct and identical in both.
