[SPT/CWIS] PHP upgrade errors...

I'm running CWIS on PHP 5. Have no problems. However, I didn't upgrade. The
install was directly with PHP 5. But I know there are several differences
between PHP 4 and 5 cause I had some problem with a a CMS while upgrading
PHP.
