[SPT/CWIS] Reinstalling after a crash

    The SPT and CWIS installers don't change php.ini.

    That should have been created during the installation
    when you installed SPT or CWIS on your old server, and
    would have been necessary for the software to work at
    all on that system, so it should have been present
    in the files you moved over.

    If it's just gone, you can recreate it by copying the
    file SPT--Config.php.DIST to include/SPT--Config.php
    and editing it by hand to fill in the correct values.
    (The default UI is "SPTUI--Default" for SPT and
    "SPTUI--CWIS" for CWIS.)
