[SPT/CWIS] SPT--DBEntry.php shows a SQL error message; (solved?)

I granted a LOCK TABLES privilege to mysql user
sptcustom, and it seems to work. 

However, in general, does this list of grants sound
right to you? 
| GRANT SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE, CREATE, DROP,
ALTER, LOCK TABLES ON `spt`.* TO
'sptcustom'@'localhost'
