[SPT/CWIS] Harvesting OAI and/or XML

Dear developers,

Will CWIS have the capability to *harvest* OAI-PMH v2 data sets into
the underlying [MySQL] databases for inclusion in digital libraries
using CWIS as a front end? And, if not, does anyone know of a
turnkey application such as CWIS, which includes a GUI front end,
that can harvest OAI or ingest ordered XML data sets/schema(as
opposed only tab-delimited text files) and allow record
manipulation/display.
