[SPT/CWIS] metadata tools problem

Hello everybody:i have installed stp and cwis,in windows and debian.
when i try work with the metadata tool the system report this error

main(include/stp--common.php):failed to open stream:no such file or
directory in (path)www/cwis/metadatatool/spt--mdhome.php on line...

can you help?thank you vey much
