    No, that will leave orphaned values
    behind in other tables.  Why not just
    use the "Delete Resource" button?

    You can fix this by deleting the contents
    of the SearchWords and SearchWordCounts
    tables (via SQL) and rebuilding the search
    database (via the option available on the
    Administration page).
