[SPT/CWIS] Trouble Validating OAI Harvesting URL with Repository Explorer

I¹ve now tried validating the archive with Open Archives.org and received a
more specific error message related to the inability of find resources based
on a single day, not a range of days. Here¹s the error-

[FAIL] ListRecords response gave a noRecordsMatch error when it should have
included at least the record with identifier
oai:creducation.org:creducatscout-43. The from and until parameters of the
request were set to the datestamp of this record (2007-01-31). The from and
until parameters are inclusive, see protocol spec section 2.7.1. The message
included in the error response was: 'No records were found that match the
specified parameters.'

Anyone else have experience with this kind of a problem?
