Well, that's what I get for not double
    checking message formatting before pushing
"Send". Sorry for the garbling. I hate GUI
    mail clients. :-)

Anyway, 1.4.1 is now available and will
hopefully address stumbling blocks that have
come up for a few people. Upgrading from 1.4.0
to 1.4.1 should be smooth, but this is a beta
version and we would very much appreciate
specific feedback on any upgrade issues you
run into, particularly with local customizations,
so that we can try to avoid them in future
releases and make the upgrade process more
    seamless.

This is a CWIS-only version, however it can be
used to update an SPT installation if you are
willing to switch to the CWIS UI as your
default interface and/or have some technical
expertise to deal with interface issues that
may arise with your local customizations to
the SPT UI. As discussed earlier, our plan is
to eventually merge the SPT and CWIS packages
into a single line under the CWIS name.

This release requires a minimum PHP version
of 4.1.0, which is a small jump from the previous
    minimum (4.0.6). The MySQL requirements
should not have changed, though we do recommend
upgrading to MySQL 5.x as the MySQL people have
officially discontinued support for the regular
versions of MySQL 3.x and 4.x. We are using
PHP 5.1 and MySQL 5.0 for development at Scout.

My thanks for your patience during the unusually
long time it took for us to get this release out
    the door.

    Ed
