[SPT/CWIS] advanced search and release flag

I'm writing from Italy. We are about to publish our SPT, but there is
one problem : the advanced search allows to see the not ok for viewing
resources, even if I perform the search as an anonimous user without
any kind of privilege. Is there something we could do in the code?
Could it depend
on some PHP version? I tried to have a look in the archives, but I
didn't find anything useful - maybe my search was too hasty. I
installed both SPT and CWIS (latest versions) on my laptop (latest
version of LAMP) and it seems to be a problem caused by the code
itself, rather than being caused by personalitions.
