[SPT/CWIS] CWIS problem

Hi,
 
I am trying to install "CWIS", but got the following error:
 
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: file_put_contents() in
/home/frontier/frontiersinecology-www/demo/cwis/installcwis.php on line
664

Could you please tell me what's the problem or how I can fix it?
