[SPTUsers] SPT as research library database platform?

I can't speek for the rest of the features, but "porting / running
SPT on Solaris 8" shouldn't be nessesary (Win32 not included).

I have a test installation running on OpenBSD 3.2 -stable, no
problems. All I did was follow the instructions.
