[SPTUsers] I need ideas and a better understanding

I need ideas on how to better work with SPT, what kinds of 
interactive pages I can set up with it. Does anyone know of examples, 
insights, other lists where I might find additional information (the 
SPT site and built-in docs are very skeletal).

I also want to understand better, from a technical point of view, 
what the individual components of this toolkit are and what category 
of information tool it might be called, exactly: content management, 
knowledge management . . . a conglomerate of different types of 
information tools.

Any help appreciated.
