[SPTUsers] Response time

   These slow transitions are happening in part because it's updating the
   search and recommender databases each time the record is saved.  That said,
   you should *not* be seeing times that slow when adding classifications,
   publishers, or authors, so it sounds like we've got a bug.

   We will be adding an option to turn off dynamic updating of the search
   and recommender DBs, for those with slower servers and/or very large
   numbers of records.  I don't expect this to be an ultimate solution, since
   it requires periodic manual rebuilding of the DBs, which can take a long
   time on a slow system.

   We're talking about doing a 1.1.3 bug-fix release, and should be able to
   post something later this week to let you know when to expect the update.
