[SPTUsers] SPT install problem

I have earlier installed SPT for some trial run and was working fine.  Then I just installed on the same server but different location for entirely different  trial run and it started giving me following message (3 times on the top):
 
Warning: file_exists() [function.file-exists]: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 532 is not allowed to access / owned by uid 0 in /home/virtual/site25/fst/var/www/html/climate/include/SPT--Common.php on line 167

any idea what should I do?
