[SPTUsers] correction about importing users

Hi Ellen,

Your file is fine, with the exception of a missing carriage return after
the second line.

The bogus empty users added to your DB was caused by your earlier
attempts when the path was wrong. This is a bug in the import, and
will be corrected in a future release.

You will need to use the mysql command line (or some other utility)
to clear out the empty users, and try again.
