[SPTUsers] Upgrading from V1.1.3 to V1.2.X in a windows enviroment

Michael,

Please try doing an upgrade install of your SPT 1.1.3 installation.
When installing CWIS 1.2.0 or 1.2.1, provide the path and URL to your
1.1.3 install. The upgrade will automatically convert and preserve
your 1.1.3 data.

It's advisable to do a mysqldump of your 1.1.3 data just in case
there are any problems (which it sounds like you already did).

Please let us know if this resolves your problem.
