[SPTUsers] Upgrading from V1.1.3 to V1.2.X in a windowsenviroment

I just did it this way last night and it worked very well.  I have customized some of the SPT RSS files and just replaced them with my backup once the upgrade was complete.

Michael,

Please try doing an upgrade install of your SPT 1.1.3 installation.
When installing CWIS 1.2.0 or 1.2.1, provide the path and URL to your
1.1.3 install. The upgrade will automatically convert and preserve
your 1.1.3 data.

It's advisable to do a mysqldump of your 1.1.3 data just in case
there are any problems (which it sounds like you already did).

Please let us know if this resolves your problem.
