[SPTUsers] Upgrading from V1.1.3 to V1.2.X in a windows enviroment

Please try doing an upgrade install of your SPT 1.1.3 installation. When
installing CWIS 1.2.0 or 1.2.1, provide the path and URL to your 1.1.3
install. The upgrade will automatically convert and preserve your 1.1.3
data.

Can you clarify this procedure. I unzipped V1.2.1 and placed it in a
separate directory, When I run SPT--Install.php there is not a place to
add the path and url for the 1.1.3 installation. I can't use the install
script due to the windows os.
