   Hi Travis.  Can you give us some information about exactly how you're
   entering the UTF-8 names (browser, platform, specific keystrokes, etc)
   so that we can precisely replicate what you're seeing?  Once we reproduce
   it at Scout we should be able to provide a solution fairly quickly.
