[SPTUsers] Re: Upgrading to SPT1.2.1 on Solaris 8

I was wondering if anyone had seen this the other day.  Any suggestions? 
Do you need more information to help troubleshoot?  Thanks.

The problem I'm currently having however, is this:

Checking PHP version...okay.

Unpacking distribution archive...done.
Checking for modified HTML files to preserve during upgrade...md5sum: 
SPTUI--Default/MetadataTool/SPT--ConfirmDeleteRecord.html: No such file or 
directory
Use of uninitialized value in string ne at ./sptinstall-1.2.1 line 388, 
<INPUT> line 25.


An error was encountered while attempting to determine file checksums.

I don't have a 
SPT/SPTUI--Default/MetadataTool/SPT--ConfirmDeleteRecord.html.  Should I?
