[SPTUsers] questions

Hi,
We are currently using Scout Portal Toolkit and have some questions for
you. 

Is there any documentation on Scout? I need anything you have, man.
Pages, etc. 

Does Scout have URL checking? Or can you recommend any software for
this? How does Scout verification attempts work?
