[SPTUsers] Installation woes

I'm happy to see the increased traffic on this list because I was beginning
to wonder if there were any SPT users at all. I've attempted to install SPT
multiple times now and still no joy, even with version 1.1.0.

In every case, things bog down because of permissions.

I've written to the support address at Scout World Headquarters, got some
advice on my first attempt but no answer to a followup question. I'm
guessing they're stretched thin so I'm throwing the question out to those of
you who were successful at installing SPT.

I'm putting it on a site hosted by phpwebhosting.com on a server shared with
others.

Here's what it looks like when I try the installation:

Can anyone provide some insights? I'm really looking forward to moving my
WebQuest site to this software and it's frustrating to get stopped at this
early point.
