[SPTUsers] interface customization?

All,

We have just installed SPT and are beginning our evaluation.  The 
functionality looks promising, but of course we would like to brand the 
portal with our logo and color scheme.  We understand that one can 
customize the interface, but I do not see any interface links in any of the 
administration areas, nor any information in the Help.  Is this a future 
feature instead of a current feature?
