[SPTUsers] Screenshot Error

[Wakefield, Beth USA Contractor]

I'm trying to add an image to a record, when I click "upload image" from
the metadata tool I get the following error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: imagetypes() in
/home/apache/htdocs/WRES/Axis--Image.php on line 433

Any ideas?
