[SPTUsers] problems uploading files

   I don't think this is a permission issue directly connected with SPT.
   SPT just looks at whatever file was uploaded by the browser (it doesn't
   know anything about where the file originally came from), so my best
   guess would be that when you try to upload from someplace other than
   your local drives your browser is encountering problems and sending
   something to SPT other than what you expect.
