[SPTUsers] Need help with several things

    I'm not sure if you would call this an support request or a feature wish list, but I have a pretty clear vision of what i want to do with my Scout Portal.  I figure the best way to approach this is to describe the features I want, and the problems I'm having...  Anybody who can answer any of my questions is strongly encouraged to reply.

1.  I want to customize the system beyond the simple change of style colours.  I know there is supposed to be documentation coming, but does anybody know what file I should be focusing my efforts on?  (to add logo & my own navigation links)

2.  I don't want to use the forums in Scout Portal.  I've set up phpBB and I think that will serve my needs better.  So... I want to remove the forums link from the navigation panel.  I would also like to automate the system so that when people create a user name in my phpBB forum, they are automatically added as a Scout Portal user list.  (and redirecting new users signing up through Scout Portal to the phpBB sign up)

3. Annotating entries is a good thing, but can I allow users to upload\enter full records?  (To be commented on by others)

4. Import \Export features that integrate nicely with procite, endnote, or biblioscape?  (I prefer procite, but I'd like to add the functionality so that users can download the whole database into whatever reference management software they use)

Umm... I think that's it.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
