[SPTUsers] Admin problems..need help..thank you

Hi,

I just installed the Scout portal and had the admin at the hosting company
to do shell installation part.

I get the portal working and all. But, how do I access the admin section?

Whets the username and password? where do I get it ?

Is it part of the shell installation that the host admin forgot to tell me?

Would appreciate any clues you could provide me.
