[SPTUsers] Administration of User Accounts

Hello All,
    I've opened up my new EduResource Portal to several testers and hope 
to be able to open up the Portal to general users within a few weeks. Is 
there a way for an Administrator within SPT to view a listing of new 
general accounts (when visitors to the Portal site use the "apply for 
new account" function)? I know that Administrators can Edit a User 
Account, but it's necessary to know the user name to use that function. 
I'd like to be able to view a listing of users who have requested and 
received accounts that enable them to make ratings, comments, and add 
postings to forums.
    Also, I'd like to be able to track when users are making ratings and 
adding comments, without needing to examine each individual record in 
the database.
    I do intend to use an external webstats tracker for the new Portal 
site, but that can't provide the kind of internal SPT tracking 
information that I'm looking for about users who request accounts, make 
ratings, and add comments.
