[SPTUsers] Repeatable image fields?

Has anyone tried hacking the SPT code to allow repeatable image fields?  I am trying to store scans of short multi-page documents (letters, pamphlets, etc.) and SPT is perfect for what I'm trying to do except for the fact that image fields are not repeatable.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
