Please check if the directory spt\include has the file
spt--config.php. If not, you must first install spt as
follows.

1. Give the spt file system path a virtual path eg
/spt/. In my case, it is http://localhost/spt/
2. Browse to /spt/spt--install.php
3. Follow the directions, which will include giving
details of the mysql server etc.

After the setup is over, browse to spt--home.php.

You can also run spt on IIS by making a few changes -
see my notes on running spt under Win98 in the March
issue.
