[SPTUsers] Can't Remove Sample Data Classifications

Great to see your comments.

Is this a new installation or an upgrade? AND, which interface are you 
using?  Other questions and comments follow below.

The count bug we thought was resolved some time ago, so some feedbck 
here would be helpful. Have you tried clearing the cache and viewing the 
page (you probably have, but I thought I would check)? Are the 
classifications still appearing under the "public" browse or only in the 
Metadata Tool?

To edit a classifications, one must start at the bottom of the hierarchy 
and work up. If you go the the bottom-most level does the delete button 
appear there?

We haven't heard about this happening in other installations so if any 
one else has experienced this bug(s), please let us know.
