[SPTUsers] NEW Scout Portal Toolkit Version Released

Internet Scout Project is pleased to announce the 1.1.1 release of the
Scout Portal Toolkit (SPT)!

New features and improvements since version 1.0.2 include:

    - Image metadata field support
    - Customizable interface colors and logo
    - Better support for PHP safe_mode
    - Simplified and improved data import and export
    - Option to export all resource records
    - URL and Date Issued metadata fields are now optional
    - Separate release flag privilege to support record review
    - Separate user account administrator privilege
    - Customizable legal notice text
    - Reduced recommender system memory usage
    - Support for MM/DD/YY dates added

Bugs that have been fixed:

    - Fixed bug where Image title was always Image Url in RSS
    - Fixed bug where disabled controlled names were still displayed
      in the full record display
    - Fixed bug where export would not export records that did not
      have an assigned controlled name or classification
    - Fixed various display bugs in the Clean Orange interface
    - Fixed bug where previous "edited by" comment and forum messages
      were editable
    - Fixed bug where invalid Date Issued values were not handled correctly
    - Fixed bug where the moderator was not being set correctly when adding
      a new forum
    - Fixed bug that could prevent user searches from being saved correctly
    - Fixed bug that could periodically prevent user agents from running
    - Fixed bug that could prevent export files from being generated
