   This usually means that you don't have MySQL support compiled into your
   PHP installation.  (I believe MySQL support is included by default in
   Red Hat 7.2, 7.3, and 8.x, but I'm not sure about 7.1.)  You may also want
   to consider updating PHP, as 4.0.6 is the oldest version we've tried to
   support in SPT.
