Thank you for the help that seems to have fixed the problem. How long
should it take for the localhost/SPT/SPT--Install.php to run its course. It
has been 30 minutes already any reason I should be concerned at this point.
Also I am trying to find the documentation for The Scout Portal Toolkit.
