I'd like to rephrase that: by production environment I mean does anybody
actually have real data on an SPT installation that users actually
access, or are all installations so far just demos with sample data,
testing to see if it's what you want or not? 

Because here in my project we don't know of anyone using it for anything
real, we don't really want to risk using something that hasn't been
taken up. The activity I see on this list isn't enough, as most posts
relate to installation problems or ports.

It might be good if people using SPT professionally sent back a link to
appear on a "case studies" area of the scout.wisc.edu/spt site so that
other evaluators could see easily that it was used and what different
implementations looked like. Just a suggestion.
