   SPT supports OAI 2.0, the current version of the protocol.  The URL you
   list above points to an old copy of the validator, that doesn't recognize
   OAI version 2.0.  Try this:

       http://oai.dlib.vt.edu/cgi-bin/Explorer/2.0-1.45/testoai

   Your site should validate cleanly with this updated utility.
